Introduction
Love, Life, and Beyond
What does it really mean to love, to really live life and even understand beyond the realm of our physical existence? Over the years of profound processes undertaken to achieve a very deep introspection, coupled with experience, I’ve had a considerable amount of time to ponder about what love, life and beyond actually means. Each of these concepts may play out differently for each person, however, they cannot be separate from one another. My sayings are a way of offering you some food for thought in a concise manner, hopefully helping you to reflect on how these concepts may play out and assist you in the realities of your day to day life. From a more profound perspective, my hope is that my sayings will also inspire deep reflections, stimulate deep thoughts about love, your life and beyond your physical life. Each perspective offers a particular focus, and when I think about the concepts of love, life and beyond, my thoughts focus on deepening the qualities that each of us can bring to the table of our own lives and how these qualities can color and shape every experience.
Love
As we all know, love is feeling and seeing what we have to give and what we can share deeply within ourselves and with others. I feel that when I’m unable to share love, for whatever reason, I feel like something inside of me withers and dies. It makes my life feel less than wonderful, and less meaningful because I believe that love is my worth. The love I give daily to others, unconditionally, will hopefully have touched them, continuing to thrive in their hearts as a living “legacy” from me!
Life
When I think about life, I see all that it encompasses through the eyes of love – whatever kind, in whatever way. I Soul-Dive™ straight into what it takes to actually deepen the quality of life that we all seek, whilst we are living, not waiting until the end of our lives to show and live by honor, dignity and regard. The bottom line is to avoid regretting having lived a life, a life that was not lived for whatever myriad of reasons.
Beyond
We may well understand the beyond as the end of life transitioning to another, taking into consideration the perspective of the unknown, the unconventional, and the unfamiliar side of life. It has been my experience that people, in general, are afraid of even talking about what we call death. The notion of beyond conjures up an array of emotions, thoughts and beliefs and affects each of us differently.
Sometimes we may feel bereft of adequate words to express what we feel, especially when we see someone going through very trying circumstances – health or otherwise. It’s important to remember that when you come from the heart and bring love into everything you say and do, the right things that you speak will go directly to the other person’s heart. Hopefully, my sayings will prove useful to you in some of those life’s trying circumstances and may assist you to hold space for yourself and others in ways you may have not thought possible.
It may not be easy, but we cannot let the concept of death paralyze us in the living of our lives. Fears have a knack of self-propagating, and thus surreptitiously risk permeating other areas in our life, and unconsciously hold us back from going for what we truly desire. For example, setting an intention to love up a person who is dying in a way that is beautiful, allows for a sacred experience to take place. It really does help tremendously to have a sense of closure where a natural healing is experienced. In absence of this, fears will monopolize everything else we feel and go through, rather than accepting the concept that an intentional sacred and beautiful experience can occur.
Life is precious and can be gone within one breath. Living with a focus on being kind, bringing kindness in all you do and say daily are ways to enhance the quality of your daily life.

Conclusion
As you can see, there is a multitude of ways to think about and express thoughts about love, life and beyond. BEing human, we are made up of a variety of colorful experiences. As we embrace every single one of our experiences with a sense of grace, we can see the impact that experience has on our own selves, as well as that of others. It’s what we do with the experience that matters. It’s how we receive and interpret that experience that makes the difference. Are we bringing love, kindness, compassion to the table or are we bringing fear, anger and resentment? Are we living our life to the fullest or are we living according to the way someone else sees our lives? Are we able to hold the space with honor, dignity, and regard for those whom we love who are in trying circumstances or even dying, or, are we so fearful that we miss the opportunity of making such profound human experiences beautiful and sacred? It’s up to you how you choose to navigate your human experience. I hope these sayings have inspired you, and that some of these may even lift your spirit when most needed.
