“While I thought that I was learning how to live,
I have been learning how to die.”

– Leonardo da Vinci

Facing the end of life is a natural part of living, when we choose to treat it so. Learning how to live, through learning how to die, as Leonardo da Vinci so eloquently stated, allows a deep healing to take place, as we prepare ourselves in a way that embraces grace, dignity, honor and respect.

This Healing Journal is dedicated to you and your loved ones, who are experiencing life threatening illnesses or who are in the process of dying.  May this journal be unlike any other, where you explore and reveal your deepest feelings and thoughts about the end of life in ways that bring you a true sense of peace and serenity, trust and faith that all is well, that there is no “wrong” in dying…that the end of life, as we know it, may just be the beginning of a new chapter for your soul’s journey.  Giving yourself the gift of time to write what your heart and soul yearn to say…for yourself, and for your future generations, helps you prepare for that journey.

Consider this journal as the palette for you to color your experience with your own heart and soul’s meaning of life.  Enjoy the healing journey, for it is time for your spirit to awaken.

What People are Saying about The Healing Journal:

Shelley’s Healing Journal was just what I needed at just the right time. It kick-started my writing, and the thought-provoking quotes sprinkled throughout this lovely book gave me inspiration when I got stuck.

Thank you, Shelley!

The Healing Journal is a beautiful keepsake, both inside and out.  I love the cover with the magnificent golden Tree of Life.  The quotes inside are inspiring and help me to go into the perfect meditative state to listen to and journal my innermost thoughts and feelings.  I will always treasure this wonderful gift my dearest friend created.

I got my Healing Journal on 12/28/14 from Shelley.  At the time I did not know what a Healing Journal was nor who Shelley was.  I was just beginning a new journey in my life. I am about two thirds through writing in the journal and I am just amazed when I go back and read what I have written. The person who started writing is not the same. It is very interesting how I have change over the years, there is a lot of great thoughts on these pages.
